The room was spacious and clean, with a cool modern 50's vibe. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering stunning views of the city. The buffet-style breakfast was enjoyable and convenient for starting the day.
Some minor maintenance issues with the shower head and TV screen. The staff at the front desk had a bad attitude and could be quite rude, especially when it came to exchanging currency.

Breakfast is the best I have had in Havana, the staff is competent and service-minded, the pool is fabulous and the Rooms are of High standard. Stayed at room 1015, and the maids were so Nice and friendly.

The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, perfect for exploring the city. The staff goes out of their way to make guests feel welcome and provide excellent customer service. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and equipped with amenities such as a safe, coffee machine, and fridge. The breakfast spread is extensive, with a variety of options to suit everyone's taste. The hotel also offers a stunning pool and bar area on the rooftop, providing a beautiful view of the surroundings.
The reception service could use improvement to ensure a smoother check-in experience.

Our weekend getaway was amazing. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to make sure that we had a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. We loved the fact that the hotel was located in the heart of the city which made it easy for us to explore all the local attractions by walking. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities that we needed to make our stay pleasant.
The only negative aspect that we encountered was that the rooftop pool was a bit small. However, it was still a great spot to relax after a long day of exploring the city.

The view from the higher floors was absolutely stunning, especially during the sunset. The room wifi was surprisingly good, making it convenient to stay connected. The staff, especially the cleaning crew, were very friendly and took great care of our room.
The room lighting was quite poor, making it difficult to get ready at night. The lamps in the room didn't provide much light, which was a bit frustrating.
